Forrest Smith

Forrest makes up the third party of the weird threesome that he, Tyler, and Andrew have formed. Often the 'muscle' of the group being called upon to help move a giant rock or other random heavy things Tyler finds, Forrest moved to Colorado to get away from Tyler's shenanigans. Unfortunately (or, perhaps, fortunately), Tyler's love for Forrest and general craziness knows no boundaries, and the adventures have followed Forrest out to Colorado. Whether it's an adventurous climb over a mountain or a 20-minute hang out in a hotel hallway during a layover, Tyler, Forrest, and Andrew always make sure they make room for bro time.

Tyler's Perspective

“Turtle” (but only when you were a chunky 7th grader)

Origin: ~7th Grade

My partner in crime (I mean that as affectionately as I do literally). High school is already a crazy time but if you want to step it up a level, spend a huge amount of it with Forrest. Moving giant rocks, finding ways to buy beer, getting kicked out of parks, skipping class to go nowhere, you’ve been beside me for all my craziest moments. But high school is also a time when you find yourself and somehow those two idiots turned out alright. My partner in crime turned into one of the best people I know and now we are still amazingly close despite a 1000-mile separation.

Fun Fact: Several beers ago, Forrest could solve a Rubik’s cube in under 2 minutes

Forrest's Perspective

I've known Tyler since I didn't like him in 7th grade for calling me Turtle because I was the new fat kid at Keystone. It was the worst introduction to a new kid at school you could possibly imagine. Over the years, Ty grew on me because of the random shenanigans and we got ourselves into in high school. There never seemed to be a dull moment as we always sought out some type of adventure.

My appetite for adventure led me to move halfway across the country to Colorado and while at first I was worried about friendships fading, I never had to worry about Tyler. With the countless number of Colorado trips or meeting each other on layover flights, we always made time and pick up where we left off.

Ty: Bet I can stand on your shoulders

Forrest: I bet you can too

Shh, don't tell Dwayne & Jackie we're on the roof

Surprisingly, they weren't actually each other's Homecoming dates

Oh look, they're climbing on things again..
